Case Management

The Canadian Government has initiated the process of selecting standards for robust, flexible and open architecture-based software platforms that enables organizations to configure, develop, deliver and support applications that focus on modernizing services and information for Canadians and constituent stakeholders. The increased pressure to reduce process costs of handling and fulfilling complex citizen cases associated with processing of applications, entitlement services, funding and disbursement can often demand that organizations redefine end-to-end processes and deploy appropriate technology to control and expedite service delivery.

General Dynamics Information Technology is a long term provider of public sector case management implementations. We are a technology-agnostic integrator of case management solutions, which includes analysis, definition, design, development, integration and business operations. We have full life-cycle implementation and workflow experience and often deliver the solutions as part of a business process outsourcing arrangement.

We deliver “out of the box” implementations or fully configurable solutions that fit the unique needs of the organization. We also have the capability to integrate other products from providers such as Adobe, SAP, Xmbrace, Oracle and Microsoft.

Delivering award winning case management

Since 2006, General Dynamics Information Technology has worked with our prime contractor and the Crown in an integrated project environment where we leveraged Oracle’s Siebel software to design and build a complex case management solution for Public Works and Government Services Canada. This project provided the Crown with a set of modern case management tools which are integrated to the overall solution for end-to-end service delivery.
